Deleting Your DigiWill Account & Data

If you signed up for DigiWill using Facebook Login and would like to delete all data associated with your account, you can do so by following the steps below.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

1. Log in to your DigiWill account at app.digiwill.io/login
2. Go to Profile & Security
3. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion — your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days

Option 2 — Contact us by email

Send a deletion request to privacy@digiwill.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What data is deleted

• Your account profile (name, email)
• All encrypted digital assets
• All heir records
• All heritage bundles and associated files
• Your linked Facebook identity and OAuth tokens
• Your encryption key records
